Hazel Vintage Patchwork Quilt Jacket: Reimagined Floral Cotton Hooded Coat

Hazel was a quilt before she became a jacket — and she remembers both lives.
Cut and reimagined from a vintage patchwork quilt, Hazel is built from dozens of tiny squares of faded floral cotton: dusty rose, sage green, soft purple, warm cream, and slate blue, each piece a different print from a different somewhere. Calico, ditsy florals, dotted muslin — the kind of fabrics that were already beloved before we ever touched them.
Reshaped into a relaxed, boxy hooded jacket with long sleeves, slash pockets, and an open front, she’s finished with a denim-toned placket and hem trim that grounds all that softness in something sturdy. The hood is generous. The fit is easy. The lining is cream quilted cotton — warm without being heavy.
No two patches are the same. No two Hazels exist.
